Privacy Policy

HoloFame ("we", "the app", "us") is operated by Mobile Alchemy Ltd. This Privacy Policy describes what we collect when you use the HoloFame iOS or Android app, why we collect it, and your rights. HoloFame is a fake live stream simulator: viewers, comments, gifts and donations shown in the app are simulated locally on your device — nothing is broadcast to a real audience.

1. Data we process locally on your device only

• Camera and microphone: the app uses your camera and microphone to render your face on the simulated stream. Camera and microphone data are processed on-device and are never uploaded to our servers.
• Speech recognition (Voice Reactions): when you enable Voice Reactions in Settings, transcribed speech is used on-device to generate AI viewer replies. You can disable this at any time.
• Stream recordings: if you record or save a stream, the recording stays in your photo library or local app storage. We do not upload it.
• Photo library: if you choose a video as a stream background or pick a profile picture, the file is processed locally.

2. Data shared with third-party services

• Adapty (subscription management): when you start, restore or cancel a subscription or one-time purchase, Adapty receives an anonymized installation ID, the product purchased, and Apple/Google receipt data so we can verify your purchase. Adapty's privacy policy: https://adapty.io/privacy/.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: all payments, refunds and receipt verification are handled by Apple or Google. We never receive your card details.
• AppLovin (advertising): if you do not have Premium, the app shows ads served by AppLovin. AppLovin may receive a device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) which you can reset or limit in your OS settings. AppLovin privacy policy: https://www.applovin.com/privacy/.
• Firebase Remote Config / Crashlytics: we use Firebase to deliver feature flags and to receive crash reports. Crashlytics may receive a Firebase-managed installation ID, the device model, OS version, and the stack trace of crashes. Firebase privacy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• DeepAR (face filters): face filters are rendered locally using on-device AR. DeepAR receives an anonymous SDK token but no camera footage.

3. What we do not do

• We do not stream your video or audio to any server.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or location unless you contact us via support email.
• We do not sell your data.

4. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing support@holofame.app. You can also revoke camera, microphone, speech-recognition, photo-library and tracking permissions at any time in your device settings.

5. Children

HoloFame is rated 12+ on the App Store and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us at support@holofame.app and we will delete it.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
